Warranty and Return Policy

We are earnestly not content until you are at our shop.We are fully confident that you will be pleased with your ordered leather items, the shippment speed and service quality.Our job does not end when you click buying. As a wholesaler,we hope to maintain long-term relationship with our customers.So we dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. Since we completely understand that each client's needs are unique,we are ready to deal with any problems arised.

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchases ( designer belt & Factory wallet & Fashion bag), for the reasons like wrong items,quality problems,or damaged during shipping ,please contact us immediately.You will be instructed where to return and how to retrun the item you received to us through emails. In order to receive a refund or replacement smoothly,it is absolutely necessary for you to contact us before you are going to return any items. Also,to keep the returned items Brand New and unused is an indispensable condition.

Before returning, please kindly send us pictures of the defective items to allow us to validate the fact.Once we have validated that it is a defective item,we will provide you with a shipping address to return the products. Moreover,the shipment fare is charged at your end when you return your ordered products to us by express and then provide us a tracking number.

In such cases,we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you,therefore,unfortunately,we cannot pay the shipment fare for your returned goods.Refund or replacement will be made in the same procedure in which payment was received (ie.Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned belt, wallet or bag.

Exchange/Return Products Instruction:

1.Within 7 business days of arrival your request.

2.Please provide the following information:

  • Your full name and address
  • The PI Number
  • The date of receiving goods.

3.Please email us with a tracking number of your return

4.As soon as we receive your return package,our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
